Returns & Refunds

At Cassoulet, we’re a small, local business focused on high-quality, handmade food. Because of the nature of what we sell, our return policy is limited—but we always want to make things right.

Food Items

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items, including:

  • Frozen meals

  • Prepared foods

  • Catering orders

All food sales are final once picked up or delivered.

If Something Isn’t Right

If you experience an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality concern), please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we appreciate prompt communication.

Merchandise & Non-Food Items

Non-food items may be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item for approval.

Delivery & Pickup

  • We primarily serve customers via local pickup and local delivery

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

  • We do not accept mailed returns
